By casting hind soul, you place a target's soul in a receptacle. The most common focus for this incantation is a bottle or jar, but any intact inanimate object that closes will do. While trapped, the victim takes 1 points of Con damage per day until dead (or freed). The rituals to prepare the vessel require three days. Destroying or opening the receptacle ends the incantation, releasing the soul.

To cast the incantation, the receptacle must be within incantation range and you must know where it is, though you do not need line of sight or line of effect to it.
